These terms cover the Intentlock website and the purchase and use of Intentlock licenses. Intentlock is run by Abdullah Mukadam, an individual based in India (“we”, “us”). By buying a license or using the software you agree to these terms.

The software

Intentlock is self-hosted software. You install and run it on your own servers; we do not host it for you and we do not receive the data it processes.

• The SDK packages (@intentlock/core, @intentlock/sdk, @intentlock/guard, @intentlock/anthropic) are licensed under the MIT License.
• Everything else (server, inbox, CLI and the rest of the repository) is licensed under the Elastic License 2.0. You may not offer Intentlock to others as a hosted or managed service, and you may not remove, disable or work around the license-key checks.

These terms add to those licenses for paid licenses. Where they conflict about the software itself, the source license applies.

Free use and paid licenses

Without a license key, Intentlock runs with the free limits (5 users, 3 agents, 30 days of audit history shown). Using it beyond the free limits requires a paid license.

A paid license is a subscription, priced per seat per year, where a seat is an active user. It covers one Intentlock deployment for your organization. The key we email you sets the number of seats and the expiry date. It is checked offline, and the software never contacts us.

Payment

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo Payments is the seller of record for your purchase, charges any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies, and issues your invoice. Their buyer terms also apply to the payment.

Subscriptions renew automatically each year at the price shown when they renew, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time; your current key keeps working until its expiry date and no new key is issued. Adding seats during a year is charged pro rata.

Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. See the Refund Policy.

License keys

Keys are emailed to the address used at checkout. Keep your key private: it is tied to your organization and must not be shared, sold or published. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the license for that payment ends and you must stop using its key.

Support

Email support@intentlock.space. We reply within 2 business days. Support covers installing Intentlock, applying keys and billing questions.

No warranty

Intentlock is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Intentlock helps you control what AI agents can do, but you remain responsible for how you configure it, for your agents and for the systems they act on.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the license in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect a license period you have already paid for.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
