Refund Policy

All payments for Intentlock licenses are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund.

Try before you buy

Intentlock runs in a free mode with every feature, limited to 5 users, 3 agents and 30 days of audit history shown. You can install it and use it fully before paying, so please make sure it fits your needs before you buy a license.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically each year. To avoid being charged for the next year, cancel before the renewal date. Renewal charges are not refunded.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your current key keeps working until its expiry date. You are not charged again and you do not get a partial refund for the rest of the year.

Added seats

Seats added during a year are charged pro rata and are not refunded.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, email support@intentlock.space from the address you bought with and we will correct it.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record.
